One day i got very bored, i'd been looking at
longboard construction on tv and visited a few
websites about longboards, so i decided to make
myself one.
It tooked six days to cut, glue, sand, varnish and paint, and only 5minutes to break it

This is what it looked like nearly finished
At this point, i had cut and glued the ply's
together, varnished and the paint was drying

This is the varnished side
If you can see the slight inperfection
around the middle. this is where the ply's
had just slightly lifted from each other
whilst making the camber (curving the wood)
Well this is where i snapped the deck.

The setting process
You've just gotta check out the extreme
amount of camber i gave it, this could of been my down fall, or maybe it was the crap glue i used
